"Let's Go Europe", 1998 Ynglingagatan 1, Stockholm Once Bo Melin exhibited a beautiful but alarmingly unstable pool made of banana boxes, a piece which was partly based on memories from trips to Iceland and Turkey. Prior to this exhibition Melin travelled to Luxembourg and Paris. "Lets Go Europe" is not, however, a documentation of what happened during the trip - it is not perhaps so much to do with travel - but is rather a febrile incantation of what can happen when everything goes seriously wrong.
